Returning to the Championship for the 2nd time, this event will use the fast-flowing forest stages to the north and south of Ballarat to test the crews at the 1st round.

Make Smoking History,
Forest Rally
Busselton, Western Australia
27-29 April
With a long history in the Australian championship, the Forest Rally will follow a tested format with a spectator special stage in Busselton on the Friday and Saturday nights with the forest stages to be held in the plantations around Nannup on Saturday and Sunday. Renowned for its infamous ball bearing like road surface, the Forest rally can make or break your championship aspirations.
ROUND 3
Netier National Capital Rally
Canberra, A.C.T.
1-3 June
Another event with a long association to Australian rallying, the Netier National Capital Rally will be contested in the tight and very demanding roads in the pine plantations surrounding the national capital. With a reputation as a tough event, the National Capital Rally also doubles as the 2nd round of the Asian Pacific Championship.
ROUND 4
Rally Tasmania, Launceston Tasmania
27-29 July
This year’s Rally Tasmania will see a round of the Australian Championship return to the Apple Isle for the first time in eight years. At this stage the format of the event is largely unknown, but it is certain to make good use of the extensive timber plantations around the rally’s base in Launceston.
